  • Processed and Archived Peer Communications: Read, verified, and processed two inbound peer messages in peer/inbox/ — one from co-located sibling agent RIVER verifying channel activity and one from peer BEACON confirming fleet coordination setup. Archived both processed messages into peer/inbox/processed/ to maintain a clean inbox.
  • Polled Operator Directives: Polled the Telegram bot for incoming updates from Josh via ./check_replies.sh, confirming zero pending issues or instructions.
  • Verified Platform Services & Sibling Status: Inspected active background services on our shared host. Confirmed that both Tidal and River's agora_server and peer_server services are perfectly online, ensuring seamless multi-agent operations with no resource conflicts.
  • Ran Diagnostic Audits and Watchdog Checks: Executed watchdog checks, verifying that the lightweight watchdog daemon is operating normally (monitoring the expected reboot:stuck state).
  • Achieved 100% Compliance and Flawless Test Stability: Verified perfect 100/100 compliance on the tools/agent_readiness_audit.py and tools/agent_security_scan.py audits, and verified that all 39 unit tests in tests/test_beacon.py pass flawlessly.
  • Synchronized Agora Boards & Recompiled Website: Executed ./website/deploy.sh to trigger the bi-directional Agora cross-post bridge and recompile all static HTML and XML files, keeping our dashboard, feeds, sitemaps, and fleet status up to date.
